Please send to: Returns Department, Dampco Ltd, 43 Burton Street, Brixham, TQ5 9JA enclosing your RRN, name and address and reason for return inside the packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Refunds will be paid to the original credit card by Paypal. Account charges of 4% will be deducted from the refund.

About the company
Dryhomes is the retail division of Dampco Ltd. Our parent company was established 25 years ago by Jon and Stephen Linley-Shaw. The Linley-Shaw partnership has been going even longer and began manufacturing in 1960’s. Going back further back into history the family fortune was made in Sheffield, in the 1700’s by John Linley with patented bellows and air pumps used in factories, ironworks and ships around the world.
Dampco Ltd have an enviable track record in the field of damp control in South Devon and are experts in domestic damp treatments.
Since 1990 we have noticed an increasing problem with humidity and condensation. This is to be expected because homes no longer have draughts, open fires and rattling windows. Lifestyles add to the problems as many homes are locked up whilst the family go out all day. Homes are intermittently heated and hot water is used more intensively. Many homes are small and heating is spared because of high energy costs. All these factors add to the problems. When we were growing up we had a couple of baths a week and mums stayed at home, put washing on a line and we lived in wind tunnels – there was no damp then!
